Decrease in sales of construction materials in May

In May 2010, as compared to April this year, a 4.1% price increase thermal isolation and about 1.1% waterproofing isolation, according to data from Polskie Składy Budowlane.

According to PSB, there have been price increases for the installation and technology heating, sanitation, drainage and ventilation (mean 2.3%). Price decrease has place in dry construction (-2.8%), construction chemicals (-1.1%), gas-concrete (-0.7%) and silicates (-0.5%).
In May there was also a fall in prices of steel products (-6.2%), and cement and lime (-5.3%). Slight reductions have occurred in the case of paints, varnishes and wallpaper (-0.1%). Not changed while the prices of ceramic tiles, bathroom and kitchen equipment and cobblestones.
